I have been taking Lisinopril/HCTZ, 20/25 mg, for about a year now. I have put up with the nonproductive cough for almost as long as I've been taking it. In the past few (6?) months, I have noticed that my lips and tongue have been sore. I have changed toothpaste with no real change. For the past week my lips have been swollen and are now blistering. I thought it was from something I ate, but can think of nothing I have been allergic to in the past that could have bothered me. I'm thinking it is the Lisinopril.
