I have had no problems at all taking this drug. I began taking it after lung surgery and a chemo drug, Avastin, made me have high blood pressure for the first time in my life. I have only taken this medicine (generic form) twice for panic attacks. My dosage is only .25 and only taken as needed. It has helped me get through the attacks when I could not "talk myself out of them", but does not eliminate them completely.
