Hi. I'm only 48 and in good shape, not overweight, feel fine but I was diagnosed with high triglycerides 2 weeks ago and got the $4 40mg scrip. I've been taking it just before bed. I've noticed bowels gassing up and gurgling alarmingly most of the night and restless sleep. Last night the blood concentration must have kicked in, bad night. Back broke out into an itchy rash, had bad nightmares all night and had a horrible calf cramp it took me 20 minutes to get loosened, I thought my shin was going to snap off and throw my foot across the room, boy it hurt, I'm still sore. I play golf and carry my bag walking and have never had leg problems. It's too early to see if it does anything for my tri levels but that's the only thing I've done different.
