I started off with a 40 mg dose and found it to be helpful and felt things could be better so they prescribed 60mg. While I was on 40mg I had no appetite and was in a better mood on. While on 60 mg I wanted to eat everything in sight and still was in a rather good mood. When they put me on 80mg and again I lost my appetite and I was easily irritated.
