I've been taking this for about 4 months now and am already starting to plateau. Having only lost 8 pounds, I'm kind of sad that it hasn't produced better results. I'm up to running almost 2 miles a day and eatting healthy so the problem is somewhere in my head. My Dr. and I are going to try combining it with Topomax now though, and hopefully that will get us the results we're aiming for. I gave it 3 stars for east of use because having to take it a half hour before breakfast is hard sometimes because I want to get up and have breakfast right away, which you really can't do with this.
