I have only taken this for a week. I like not crying every minute or having the panic attacks. However, I am not enjoying the sickness in the morning and already feel myself wanting to snack more. The reviews about the lack of sex drive and weight gain are more depressing than my original problems and not sure I want to continue to up my dose to make me not care that I'm getting fat and sexless.... Any other suggestions that have worked I can ask about? I am 22 years old but have suffered with ADD for years..starting in 5th grade i got tested for learning disabilities every year and got the same answer back i was fine... I struggled through school getting frustrated with everything because i literally couldnt do it... The summer before my senior year in highschool i suffered major depression and got sent to a very intelligent psychiatrist and after 30mins with him he diagnosed me with ADD and put me on adderal my senior year i got all A's and B's with earlier years left me barley passing if i passed at all.. putting aside the frustration of it taking almost my whole school career not knowing and struggling adderal completly changed my life and helped me fulfill many dreams..i am now in college taking courses to get a degree in accounting and I will finish is August...I am still taking adderal and have been on the presidents list having a 3.8 GPA the whole time! i was taking 10mgs a day and it was great i had ton of energy my stiffness totally went away but then i couldn't go to sleep i would wide a wake all night, then i gained about 20 pounds while taking this medication, i told my Dr. i did'nt want to take it anymore, if was going to continue to gain weight, i rather suffer the pain, so i was weened off this med, i still have joint stiffness but there has to be some ther kind of meds to feel relief without the weight gain and lack of sleep. by WALKER from Cashion, AZ
