Mestinon,or hydrocodone 10-325 mg tablets has been very effective in treating my knee pain. I have tried many other pain releivers and didnt work as effective. It is best to take the med before the pain gets worse. I can take it with or without food. But I suggest to drink alot of water after taking the med.
