started 4/29 on 15mg 2x/day.(capsule) did that for 2 months. the first 2 weeks were hell. i took a 3 day break from it and when i started again it has been great every since. the key is to EAT! eat something. it dont work well if you dont eat. i learned that the hard way. i now eat something even when i dont have any desire to. on 6/23 i started the 37.5 once a day.(white pill with blue dots) i cant take that much of a dosage at once so i break in half and take in morning and afternoon. i am 5'8 and started at 180.i just weighed and am down to 159 (21 lbs) and very happy. do have the dry mouth a little but the biggest side effect for me is the anxiousness. i notice after my afternoon dose i have a bit of racing thoughts and talk alot. i am normally a thinker anyway so this just magnifies it i think. i am having a sleep issue but have a lot of stress in my life so it is a combination of both im sure. i guess what i cant stress enough is to eat even when you are not hungry and have no desire, my dr told me the pill cant work if you dont eat. as to excercise, unfortunantly i dont do any other then my normal running around with 2 kid in sports.also in the first month i didnt lose as much as i thought i would but i have started seeing the results in the last month and a half! if you start to see a slow down of progress, back off it for a few days (like the weekend) and start it back up. i have done that a few times and i cant wait for the next 10 lbs to go!!!!! by KENNY from Topawa, AZ
