I have Polymyositis and have been taking Methotraxate for 10 months now along with Prednisone. Muscle counts were going down so doctor started to slowly take me off prednisone, now down to 5mg. Problem is now that comin goff the P drug my side effects are coming out from the Tenormin. Lossing my hair and have abad rash that is itchy on my face, neck, chest, back, shoulders n legs.Was told that would have to be on this drugs for years for my immune system.
