I've had this condition so many times my doctor just gave me refills on this drug. So when I get it I can skip the office visit. It does taste horrible but as long as you drink it with some kind of juice, it's not too bad. It also helps to take it during a meal. Just started Phentermine 37.5mg on 8/7, i'm taking 1/2 tablet every morning before breakfast. I'm really enjoying the increased energy and waking up refreshed not tired or cranky. I experienced insomnia the first night but after the second and onwards it was normal again. This medication has worked well for the muscle spasms and tightness in my neck and upper back. I suffer from degenerative disc disease and nerve pain due to pinched nerves. The problem is that this medication can make me feel like I am drunk! I slur, can't walk straight and usually end up passing out after 1 hour. The dosage is 4mg. I cannot take this medication during the day but it is effective before bed. I may try 2 mg during the day over the next weekend to see how it effects me.
