've taken this drug for about 8 months. It worked wonderfully, but I experienced high withdrawl symptoms if I missed a dose or two. Overall it's a great drug. I had sexual side-effects but they went away in time. However, after 6 months the double the dose because it stopped having as much effect on my symptoms. I started taking Amoxil in November and noticed my mood changed for the good almost immediately. That part was great. On my own, I quit taking the pristiq and the vomiting stopped. As a test, I started it again a month later and it closed up my esophagus. I guess that's an allergic reaction. Too bad.
