Hello,I am beack again and It is now 3 days since I have downsized my capsules from 20mg to 10 mg. and I am somewhat ok.The minute I wake up I have a headache, so I take the the 10mg and along with my regular Klonopin .5mg which make It not so bad. I have been on Klonpin for about 20 Yrs..5mg 3x a day and do not take more then perscribed. For my headaches I take Motrin which helps alot. I am going through the bain zaps and fogginess but hope to feel better soon. I failed to mention in my last message that before I took Cymballta I had some what of pain. I have had a total of 3 Hip Replacements,3 herniated disks,and neck pain. I have delt with it, but since I am trying to come off the Cymballta I have so much pain and really feel it.!!I wish I have never started on the drug.!! I wake up with headaches and brain fog and Etc.... As I have read other messages here that said to take prozac, I myself would never.!! If I really have alot of problems with withdrawell, I will take extra klonopin and Motrin for my headaches.So far good, thyat I can deal with It. I really feel for the people out there that are on more then 20mg.... As later in the years I can almost say that there will be a problem.! BUt maby not which I pray for all of you out there.As I do pray each an every day for all of you going through the same thing that I am going through. I know that some of you are doing great with the drug and it has helped you and I am happy for you. But Alot of messages say they want off as well as I do because of all the side affects in the long run. The side affects do catch up withyou sooner or later.!! Just my third day on it, but the side effects are kind of kicking my butt. insomnia, sleepiness during the day, and NO appetite whatsoever! i have to force myself to eat because my hands are shaking, but i have no desire for food. i guess if you're trying to lose weight then that's good ... but i'm already under a 100 pounds so I dont want to lose anymore! going to stick with it, and see how my moods change, though. by LEIF from Shelby, MT
My daughter has been on this medication since she was 4--almost a year. It works well as she gets quick relief of the itching and the anxiety of having an itch that won't go away.
