I use cymbalta for my depression and it works ok but I also have bi-polar1. I have been on it for sometime now. i was also put on Xyprexa for my bi-polar1 and I ended up having a serious bout of hepatitis A & B.I stopped both meds for a few months now Im back on the cymbalta again. It has been a week shy of a month starting it again and now Im having symptoms of Hepatitis.I also read on the Fibromyaglia page at Web Md (I have fibromyalgia)that you should not take cymbalta if you have bi-polar. My APRN,BC at the Menatl Health facility I go to put me on the Estrace for my depression. Shouldnt she have known not to give me the cymbalta because I am bi-polar?
