I took Luvox for 2 weeks. During the first week I experienced impotence. I had no problems before Luvox. I stopped Luvox for 3 weeks now. Impotence remains a problem. I started taking Mirapex after my sons birth for postpartum-depression. I have been taking it since'03. Slowly up-ing the dose & currently been on 100mg 3-4 yrs.It has helped me. I still am fighting with personal downfalls, but those are a part of life and I treat each one as they come. It DOES NOT solve ALL my problems and is NOT a cure-all. It just helps aleviate, at least in my case. I thought it wasnt working 2 yrs ago and switched to a different Anti-dep.and then suffered with a lot of anger.I went back on Mirapex and found out how much it has helped me. I still have problems, but it helps me stay much more calm. I also am a sober alcoholic of 9 years and it has not affected me negatively at all. Safe. Will continue to take Mirapex.
