CINDY again. Noted below...All this cymbalta is doing to me is make me feel like I am dying. I feel awful every day and no lifting of depression. (30 days 20mg reduced irritabilty, 30 days, 30mg reduced anxity, was on 5mg/day Ativan) I started 20 mg 11/24/2010..30mg 6 weeks, then alternating 30mg 1 day, 20mg am, 20mg pm)next day..for 3 more weeks. ONly anti-D that worked was ZOLOFT and DR. bullied me into Prozac..I said NO..I am afraid of that drug. It WILL make my head crazy) had taken it 2002 and head went crazy 1st day. stopped. Been on Celexa, Lexapro, Paxil..all with side efffect could not tolerate.. Only Zoloft worked and SHRINK is not listing to me when I say NO to Prozac..Had she asked WHY, then I would tell her adverse reation to prozac. SHe has screwed me up so bad..Been a wreck since Prozac..Went back on Zoloft aftr Prozac and I got all sorts of side effects, worse one was monster heaaches. I've been taking this medicine for 8 years at first in combination with lithium and lamictal and now with depakote. Have not experienced any weight gain with it but it does make me tired. I take the maximum dosage (160mg)- 40mg in AM and 120mg at night. If I don't take it I can't sleep as my mind races.
