Following up from my last post when starting. Ate yogurt every time I took the dose, and so far after 6 days no issues.I was supposed to take 4 times a day, started at 3, went down to 2 cos it is harsh stuff if not taken right.Not always convenient to have yogurt available. Stopped today cos I started getting some heartburn, but other than that no problems. Also, do not drink alcohol with these. In the beginning I was totally unhappy. I felt like someone gave me an overdose of something horrible.
