After reading all these comments of this drug, I think I'm going to stop taking it before I do get any side effects. I was given Cephalexin 500mg 3x day for a week for a bad cut on my ankle to fight infection. I've only taken about 3 of these pills. They do smell like rotten eggs in the bottle.
