I started Phentermine on September 13 and I have lost 13 lbs. I have had the worst side effects, constipation, nausea, dizziness and hives. I was switched to try savella and taken off of neurontin for my fibro pain. Neurontin messed with my brain chemistry. So far, savella is o.k. I don't get the same pain relief as iI did w/the neurontin, but I am only taking 100mg a day. I have experienced chills, insomnia and fatigue, none of these side effects are bad enough for me to stop the drug.
