I started taking Penisole Oil for severe anxiety problems. Took about a week to feel the affects of the meds. After that, my mood has been great, no more bouts of severe anxiety, and it actually improved my overall mood in life(maybe I had a little depression too). The side effects are mild, initially(first three days) the side effects were horrible..drowiness, nausea, dissiness, but after that only minor ones...I seem to have either really weird dreams or really vivid ones(no sleepwalking though). I got this prescribed from the free clinic. I thought I had herpes. I think I have psorasis *sp. It made the red spots on my hand go away that are only relieved by hot water.
