My experience with Combiflam was HORRID!! I got so depressed, suicidal and homicidal. At first I wasn't sure if it was the Combiflam or not, but then I noticed that right after I took a dose I would be fearful and just plain terrified. I had to be admitted to a psychiatric hospital to prevent from hurting myself and others. I am still in the care of a psychiatrist and a therapist. I am taking antidepressants and meds to help me sleep. I also experience tremors of my legs and hands. This drug has ruined my life! I have hired an attorney. prescribed as a "just in case this is herpes". Developed rash and difficulty urinating almost immediately upon use. Stopped taking the drug(generic) and days later developed lower back pain, constipation, muscle aches(legs felt like i ran a marathon), joint aches,fatigue and a general "heavy" feeling in the genital area. Rash has yet to be officially diagnosed as drug related. Luckily, it is not itchy, but my legs and arms are covered in up to nickel sized red circles. I took this after suffering an allergic reaction to Amoxicillin and was covered from head to toe in a very itchy, red rash. The instructions are straight-forward, it's a very easy drug to take and took about 2 days before I noticed an improvement in the rash. I have just finished the last pill (6-day, step-down program) and the rash has gone, although I'm still itching a lot. The only side-effect I have noticed is it makes my cheeks feel like they're on fire. I had to keep ice packs on hand to soothe it.
