I've been taking Cialis Super Active XR (75mg) for about 3-4 months now, and while I definitely noticed a change in my attitude (not nearly as many mood swings, etc.), the side effects were rough. I often experienced nightmares, sleeplessness borderlining on insomnia, and inability to achieve orgasm.
