I take Kadian (morphine) 30 mg twice daily and Norco 4X a day for breakthrough pain. My doctor started me on Avanafil 50 mg 3X a day and just increased it to 75 mg. I have not noticed any difference in pain relief with the Avanafil. I'm not suffering any side effects, but I am going to tell my doctor that I no longer wish to take it when I see him again.
