I was in pain from head to toe. I'm not sure whether pain caused depression or depression caused pain but I was put on 30mg for a week then 60mg after that. I haven't had to take a pain killer for 30 days. I feel much better, but there are a lot of minor, irritating side effects. Constipation for first week, weird dreams, loss of appetite, sweating even if you're cold, abdominal cramping and increase of urinating.
