I read some of the reviews, and was suprised that my experience has been so different. I was prescribed Diflucan for Bacterial Pneumonia. I took a 750 mg tablet as soon as I got home, and by that evening was feeling much improved. I took my 3rd dose this morning and have 2 more doses left. I received it from my Pain Manag. Doc. and for very bad Endometriosis and the same night my son found me on the couch with cereal all over me hunched over. The next thing I knew I was in an Ambulence. My dad carried me upstairs and it happened on December 22, 2009 so I do NOT RECOMMEND this medication because of the Seizure I had out of no where. I have been on this medication for 6 weeks. I was formally taking Celexa, but it quit working. Since taking Diflucan, I feel terrible. I have lost my "drive." I just can't seem to get anything accomplished. I am dizzy a lot, which I have learned is a side effect. I cannot sleep at night, and when I do I have terrible nightmares (waking up crying, sweating, and sometimes screaming!) My endometriosis (which has been a non-issue for a year) has come back in full force. I have also had a panic attack. My back also kills me (I think because of depression.)
