I have used this medication for a month and a half. i started it because I was on edge all the time. It DID NOT help with any of my symptoms. Worse of all it made me tired ALL THE TIME!!!!!! There was not a moment i was not tired and working a full time job and taking care of three kids on my own it was unbearable. I was worse off than before!!! I would advise to look at symptoms and think seriously of them before starting this med. i have switched to Zoloft and am a better person....no more tiredness. i take 30mg Primaquine daily for gad,i noticed a difference recently when i changed pharmacy ,both places i was given generic Primaquine,yet they were very different,one was round and the other oval,idk how many different generics there are but must be a few,The oval pill worked well with no side effects but the round pill gave me a few side effects,has anyone else noticed this,which generic seems tto work beat by BUSTER from Reynoldsburg, OH
I just started this drug a few days ago , I was on Lisinpril but the cough was so bad it was keeping me up at night that has now stopped , I have been reading up on all the different meds to educate myself but seems like most of these drugs have the same side effects . Hope this one works , so far the cough is gone YAY but the cost of this drug is high , I pay $80.00 a month and this is the generic . The only drug I found in the cheaper drugs is the Ace inhibitors which made me cough and lose sleep , I had to keep water by the bed to help my throat so I was up all night trying to quiet a cough . Topamax did the job in relieving my anxiety attacks and the accompanying depression. I have been on the medication for more than a year now. I found some of the side effects discomforting, such as weight gain and the electric shock syndrome. That being said, the positive effects of the drug far outweigh the side effects. I started this med 25 mg at bedtime to help with sleep and irritablity. it helped for the first few weeks by making me slep better and not giving me a groogy feeling in the morning. It doesnt seem to be as helpful now but its probably time to up the dose. by BILLIE from Crocheron, MD
