I started taking this medication when my anxiety/panic attacks became so frequent i was physically ill. I had tried several other meds that make the anxiety worse. Propranolol has cleared the foggy feelings, and I can function now. I do have some side effects, like sleepiness, loss of appetite, I also clench my teeth, and cold sweating. I just started taking the pills before bed, and that has helped a lot. It also took care of the pain I feel with some nerve damage I have. You really cannot drink alcohol with this. I had a couple of drinks one night, and became extremely sick. Even with the side effects, I would still take this medication. It has worked better than all the other pills I have tried.
