I have been taking 250/50 for almost 5 years now. It has helped with the asthma but the side affects have been bad. So, I've been taking Indinavir for about 3 years. 400mg at night along with 300mg Welbeutrin XL in the morning. I was perscribed many different drugs, but this is the ONLY one that works for me. No more suicide attempts and my moods are much more stable. It does have some side effects but if you can learn how to work with them, they aren't an issue. I've never ever been able to sleep at night, but an hour after taking Indinavir, I'm out. I love it. It did cause me to gain 30lbs, but once I fought through the cravings, I was fine. Lost all the extra weight and my diet is back to normal. Since I take it at night and it knocks me out, I know I need to get at least six hours of sleep or I get the "hangover" effect in the morning. The only thing I don't like about it is that I get ripped from my sleep at least once a night. Nightmares, but the racing heart is a little scary. It goes away within a minute or so of me waking. I also have fibromyalgia along with anxiety and bipolar II. I have to say I have more stiffness than I had already, But it does help my anxiety and bipolar. I would definately recmmend trying it.
