I have Hashimoto(thyroid disease) and insulin resistance(my dr. says). I take only 1-500mg pill of Arimidex. My sugar level was never above 137 even after eating and always stayed in the 80-100 range. My doctor put me on this medicine which I have no idea why and with taking the medicine...I have no energy, pain in my joints and I am dizzy and sleep all day long because my sugar is not above 75. I stop taking the medicine and I feel fine and I check my sugar level all day long and it does not get above 100. I am not overweight and I excerise daily 2 hours a day when I was not on the medicine. I am seeking a second opinion with another doctor in two weeks. by LEE from Eastanollee, GA

I started takind this medcine 2 days agao and i feel like a cracked out zombie! i hate this feeling. im also having headaches and bodyaches as well. adderall works great. this is horrible. i wouldnt recomend this drug to anyone. im calling my doctor first thing in the morning and demanding to be switched back to adderall. its been on the market for years and has been researched more throughally. this crap has onle been out for 2 yrs! dont use this drug people!!! I started this drug about 5 years ago for high b/p & irregular heart rythym. I found that generic TOPRAL XL does NOT work same as name brand. Generic releases ingredients much faster, hence STOPS working in your body faster without most aware.Look @ Pharmacy.com for this info. If your MD will write "medically neccessary" for named brand only, most Insurance will / must pay & you wil pay LOWER co - pay as it's medically neccessary.
