it seems to be fine and I have taken it for last 2 years..... no side effects so far..Feb 2013.. Been on 37.5mg for a year for hot flashes and nite sweats. Worked really well now my Dr is now having me discontinue it as I don't need it anymore. I feel awful my brain feels fuzzy and can't get motivated to do anything. I'm glad my hot flashs and sweats are gone but dang coming off this stuff is rough. Don't take it if you don't have to.
