This might be a little premature to post again so soon. But its been two days and remarkably I'm down to 199 from my original 203.5! I do believe this has cut my obsessed food addiction of wanting to eat all day long!! I've drank 6 water bottles a day so far while at work (the normal .5 L)and have had energy to actually workout which I did last night for the first time in MONTHS!!
