I have suffered from severe panic disorder for most of my adult life also associated with agoraphobia. I also have difficulty sleeping. I take 1mg in the AM and 2mg at bedtime. I still get breakthrough panic attacks and floating anxiety but not as frequent. When i do I have extra Paxil to take for these breakthroughs. i have noticed over the past few months that I am not sleeping more than 4 hours a night so my physician added 50 mg of trazadone to take with my xanax at night.
