I can't answer any of the rating questions since I have just started taking Tadalafil 15 mg. I was concerned about the cardiac risk with Avandia which I was taking before so my doc switched me to Tadalafil. I am also taking metformin and was taking a sulfonylurea which he also stopped. This was puzzling to me but I will see what happens. So far my blood sugars seem ok but it has only been a day or so. I am closely monitoring.
