My daughter has taken many other anti-depressants, one of which gave her a life threatening allergic reaction; this med has greatly improved her life . It has released her from the deep dark depressed suicidal feelings she experienced. I was prescribed 300mg every 8 hrs. for the start of an infection before a root canal.I had to stop taking this the 3rd day as the diarrhea was bad, I missed a day of work because of it. Its been 4 days since I stopped taking this and my stomach is still not back to normal, I have heartburn, which is never an issue for me; and gas and stomach. I wish I had checked this site before taking Clindamycin.
