I rated this "somewhat satisfied" because its only been 5 days. So far ive only lost .5lbs and im a little dissapointed. I workout 4hrs a week and eat redicculously healthy. I was put on it to get me past this plateau( ive been at 29 bmi and 178lbs for 2 yrs)where I havent been able to loose weight.
