Horrible horrible drug. Not only did it not lower BP but I had constant chest congestion and cough, rash from eating certain foods (which I never had until this drug), loose bowels and sorry but anal leakage. All on a low dose of 5mg. Had these side effects for a year before Dr changed to Diovan. Side effects are 100% completely gone! So I know it was the drug! Penegra has worked well for my migraines. I have had some tingling in the fingers/ no problem there. However, when my dosage was increased last yr. I began to have major memory problems. I began to be quite "dingy". I asked for my dosage to be decreased because I would rather have increased h/a's as be stupid. Finally, the dosage seems to be right. But now I seem to be having vision problems. I Have a eye appt. tomorrow to see if it is related to topamax. Incidently, I had a perfectly fine eye result last year. Make sure you notify your Dr. of any problems you note with topamax.
