I am on the Celebrex XR, 300mg taken twice a day. I like the effectiveness of the XR form of this drug. I was on 200 mg taken three times a day, and found the gaps between doses was noticeable. Plus Celebrex helps with my panic attacks as well as the bipolar mania. I do not find that it is an effective anti-depressant. After quitting several blood pressure regimes which caused heart beat irregularities I now take 40mg of Celebrex plus a dirureatic. Pressure is good and much more regular than before. Noted lack of headaches, really bad joint pain (which I thought was arthritus until I read some of these comments) and general tiredness.
