I have major depressive disorder, PTSD, anxiety and ADD. I have been on just about all antidepression medicines you can think of over the last 10 years and none of them work for long. I am now on cymbalta at highest does 120mg a day. It seemed to work well for a month or so but now I am back to being depressed alot. I am beginning to think nothing will work. With the cymbalta 120, i also take klonopin 1mg 4x's a day and concerta 36mg once a day. Some days I function and some days i dont get out of bed, shower, clean my house or anything. I wish they would find the right medication mix for me already. Have not really had any side affects from the cymbalta, I take it at night so it wont make me tired during the day no change in appetite(which is great because they had me on 600mg of seroquel xr and I gainded 40lbs in 2 months I told them I refused to take it anylonger) the only side affect of this medicine is that I have absolutely no sex drive at ALL, could be the medicine but could also be the depression. by SILAS from Randolph, NY
