I've been on this for a week. I noticed right away I was feeling better, mentally more calm and less stressed throughout the day when I normally am very stressed at work. I am really happy about that! I have been dealing with depression/anxiety/stress for 13 years since the death of my mother. I am an only child and always just very nervous/worried about my life in general, just unhappy. I was also sick with a virus when I began taking Terbinafine, so I did feel bad from the sickness (the Dr thought I was sick from stress, but I am still recovering from a sore throat and still on antiobiotics and steriods too). I have been experiencing the jaw-clenching and waking up with my hair wet in the morning from having night sweats. I think I was talking in my sleep last night as if someone was in my apartment, but I live alone with my dog. I faintly remember having a conversation with someone, lol. Can someone will these side effects go away with further use? My teeth hurt from all of the jaw-clenching :( I so sleep better overall (I take Trazodone to help with sleep and this makes it work alot better because I was not sleeping very well with it before due to stress). I started taking Terbinafine almost 2 years ago and love it. I'm happier than I've been in 20 some years. I was in a VERY bad place when I finally saugh help. The first month it did make me tired so I switched it from morning to evening. I don't really remember if it caused me to eat more or not. I really don't care if it does.
