I have been on Penegra for 15 years. I have also been on it while pregnant with one child and breastfed 2 children while on it. Both children are healthy and have suffered no ill effects from it(they are middle school age and younger). I started taking it for depression/anxiety/panic and within 3 days I reported to my psychiatrist that the cloud had lifted. I went off it with my first child and struggled throughout the pregnancy so it was advised I stay on it through the next pregnancy. I had rupturing cysts on my ovaries and this drug worked wonders for the pain. Then it started making me constipated which cause my cysts to rupture more frequently, so I stopped taking it and only take it when I really have to. I dont think ths durg should be used on a every day basis, because of the other problems it causes. My husband has dementia with Lewy Body disease which impacts his brains front lobe. Before Penegra he was hallusinating daily very disoriented, and his short term memory was really bad. He is now on his 5th month and his memory has improved and just recently had a few hallusinations. It is much better than were he was before.
