Prednisone is very hard to take in large doses. It effects every part of your body, your mind ,your bones and your overall health. I started with 40 MG. it was hard to handle useing the drug. It helped my sarcoidosis but I have to still take it in small doses. I have sarcoidosis. First diagnosed with it in the lung. After a year of treatment of prednisone I came off of that and a few months later was getting sick every day, wake up feeling nauseous and it started lasting all day. Thought it was gastro and went through all sorts of test and scans. End result was it was the sarcoid and it was now in my liver and skin. Dr. put me back on the prednisone and now has added the Levitra. After a month I am nauseous more now and dizzy where I have started to vomit bile, also have ringing in my ear that is out of control, I have to stop. Never take Hydrocodone 5-325 and Cyclobenzaprine 10mg,together, it will cause hallucinations. I filled script from Dentist for Cyclobenzaprine 10mg.on 3/28 to treat TMD - husband (83yrs.old)went into the hosp. 3/31 due to severe pain, he was diagnosed with multiple myeloma 2/2008, remission since 7/2008, its back and so is the pain, the hospital gave him a script for Oxycodone 10mg. the pharmacy told me nothing about any interaction, the hospital was giving him both meds. He continued taking them and 4/11 woke up at 7:30am, started hallucinating at 1pm, didn't close his eyes until 4/12 at 6pm. That was one of the most horrendous things to have to go through - we saw the cancer dr. on the 12th and he said to stop taking the cyclo. - he has started chemo and is now feeling a lot better, off of all pain meds and I will be so extra careful in the future. please be careful - check and double check everything by MORTON from Monticello, GA
