Well, I was a little hesitant to take this medication because of some of the side effects I read on here first.I did however notice that someone had split the pill on here so, I took 1/4 of a 4mg pill before bed last night. within 10 min I noticed I felt VERY relaxed, kinda drunk and did have strange thought in my head.I also noticed I didn't wake up to use the bathroom untill it was almost an emergency.(Oh,boy!) What I did like was it did not give me a racing heart rate like all the other muscle relaxers did. I felt some relief this morning and will take 1/2 a pill tonight. I do feel a little tired today but, thats nothing new for me since my car accident.I think I finally found a medication that is going to work on these terrible muscle spasms I have been dealing with for over a year.I really had given up on something that will work and just figured this is how Im gonna feel.If you had bad experiences with muscle relaxers,its worth a try just start off slow.The pills are scored so you can break them in to a smaller dose. by MYRON from Gunlock, KY
This drug has been very helpful to me. I have been using it in the 5-10yr range, however, now it is causing chronic kidney disease and I was told to get off of it. I tried using it very sparingly - 3 to 4 days a week for a while and my kidney function went up but on the days I didn't take it I felt horrible -- could hardly move. Then my ankles started swelling. I thought it was my heart but it was my kidneys. A doctor once told me that I had a choice. Feel good now and take a couple of years off your life or feel lousy and die younger.
