I am an adult who has suffered for as long as I can remember with focus problems. I recently started taking this medication after all three of my children were placed on this medication for ADHD. I took one 15 mg tablet within 15 mins I broke out into hives, 10 more mins I had difficulty breathing. I had to drive myself to the emergency room and by the time I got there both my legs were covered in hives, I had a pounding headache, even more difficulty breathing, my vision was seriously impaired and my lips were tingling. The doctor in the emergency room had to immediately give me an epi shot and then a steroid and double dose of benedryl through an IV. They said I was lucky that I had made it to the hospital in time.
