Been taking this med (50 mg 2x day) for migraine prevention for over a year but plan to stop because of too many side effects. Has helped somewhat in frequency of migraines except for hormonal migraines that last for 2-3 days even while taking this med. But side effects are causing too many problems--loss of appetite, depression, insomnia, confusion/memory loss, blurred vision, extreme tiredness, runny nose all the time, agitation & nervousness.
