i took this med 4 years ago and lost 50lbs in 6 weeks. and my house was really clean lol. you have to eat healthy, not starve yourself and exercise. and you need to realize that when you start working out, you will actually slow your weight loss or gain weight amd this is because muscle weigh more than fat, but when you build muscle, your body will continue to burn calories whn your not working out. all of the sudden the weight will drop. I was on Prilosec for GERD and then switched to Wellbutrin 40 mg when Prilosec went OTC. I took it for about 3 years and in that time I gained a lot of weight.
