I take a small dose. It is 40mg at night. It takes me about 30-2hrs to fall asleep. I have gone up to the 60mg and it is just way to high a dose. So 40mg is good. I did have facial tick with the 60mg. So watch out. I also do not crave sugar like I did before. So I have actually lost weight. But I work out alot and everyone is different. I am a healthy 36 yr old female. My Dr. put me on this drug for slightly high bp as well as migraine prevention. I have to say it has helped w/the bp. Not so much w/the migraines. I have slight dizziness and fatigue But I am still able to do 45 min of cardio and I have no problems doing it. I have had palpitations in the past and haven't noticed any while on this med. but I do think it is messing w/my vision a bit. and I have tingling in my upper back & scalp. I'm not sure if this is due to this drug or not.
