Upon starting Septra, my vision worsened and I constantly blink, and I am uncomfortable with or without my glasses. I have also noticed slight leg cramping. I am on 40 mg of preg for Colitis. I started on 40 mg in June, started to taper off to 20 mg, and it got worse, so I'm back on 40mg a day.
