Been on zocor for two years now. At first it was working very well. Every three months I would have to have lab work performed to see if it interferring with liver functions. Was doing ok but my doctor has increased my doseage. Went back to have blood work done and my cholesterol has risen. I have carefully been watching what I eat...cut out many of my favorite foods. I've only been taking this for 2 days, and the side effects have been horrible so far. I can't say that the drug doesnt work because I havent been on it long enough. But so far I've had dizziness, nausea, shaking, dry mouth, blurred vision, worsening of my RLS, drowsiness, difficulty getting to sleep at night, lack of appitite, and weight loss.
