I have had bronchitis for the last 3 weeks, stared with the Z pack and didnt work. Since then, now have a sinus infection on top of the bronchitis. Since starting Prozac, I feel a lot better. I have had no side effects that were bothersome. I suggest the best thing to do is take this med with a meal, and also drink plenty of fluids while taking it as well,that will help with dry mouth.
