I have only been on this medication for 2 weeks, so have not yet seen/felt all the benefits. I had dirreha the first week on the meds, but I feel that it is worth it. I am begining to feel more energy, and less hungry. How long does it take to see and feel all the results? The only thing that is hard to get used to is my blood sugar getting low when it's time to eat. I get hungry very quickly, and I get cranky. I have only been on this med for a little more than 2 weeks, but after reading these reviews I wonder if I am doing the right thing by staying on it. My levels are not that high, and could probably be corrected by diet and exercise. Gaining weight is not an option for me, since I have been trying to keep it down. Pain is not an option either--who wants to be in pain all the time! Next time I see my Dr. we are going to discuss these issues all of you have brought up. I did know before taking this drug that these side affects could be possible. I am some-what surprised that most of you did not read up on it before starting and are not pro-active in your own health by making sure your Dr. knew that your pain and weight gain showed up after starting the medication.
