I am bi-polar and have panic and anxiety disorder and this medicine has helped a lot. I do on the other hand feel like I need to increase my dosage and it's been a month. First of all, my husband takes it, not me. But since the side affects, also directly affect me, I feel qualified to critique the med. When the dr. put him on this drug, he completely lost interest in me. Sexually and otherwise, and reduced our relationship to nothing more than a friendship. How do I know it's the meds? Because before Remeron, we had what others would call a "normal" sex life. He's been on this med since late 2005. Since that time, we've had sexual relations 3 times. Yes, his depression and anxiety got better, but look at the cost. Because of this, I see divorce in our future. I've been on Celexa for ten years and feeling well, very productive and lively. I took a first treatment for back pain with Professional ED Pack for 10 days, without much results. My doctor recommended a longer treatment with Professional ED Pack. After 25 days of treatment with Professional ED Pack the back and muscular pain has lessened noticeably, but the symptoms of depression were back. I was diagnosed in April of 2009 with a rare muscullar disease, so the doctors immediatley put me on 60 mg of Mesterolone. I had to stop my sports and all physical activity. I slowly noticed persistant weight gain and three months later, in July, my cheeks began to swell. It is now 7 months later and I have extremely improved in the area of my disease, but the medicine has taken a toll. I have gained 30 pounds, now have an extremely round face, minor depression, full-on acne on face back and chest, ravenous hunger, and extreme mood-swings. I was lucky enough to not suffer from the usual sleeplessness or mania that Mesterolone normally causes, but for a 16-year-old girl, these other symptoms are tramatic. I started an intense workout rountine for the past 2 weeks, and have only lost 2 pounds. I eat significantly less and workout hard, but the weight seems to remain. I have a love-hate reationship with this drug. I believe it is what saved all the muscles in my body, but I can't imagine the internal damage it is causing considering all of the external damage.
